Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the actual date of purchase including weekends and public holidays.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t process any refund or exchange.
To initiate a refund, please fill in the contact form available on the website. The date of data submission will be used to calculate whether you are eligible for a refund.
Upon reception of your data via the online contact form, we will send you an acknowledgement receipt by email and precise instructions to return the goods.
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original packaging and with the corresponding invoice).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and contact us first via the contact form available on this website.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that we only refund items if they are defective or damaged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Costs for returned goods
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have to pay a shipping fee or tax for a returned item, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
